Elaine is a very motivated lady stepping into her father's shoes. Anyone who knew Chuck knows how proud he must be. Elaine will continune to offer a wide variety of musical instruments, audio equipment, strings, accessories & supplies. There are many other GREAT SURPRISES in the works & on the way!

Was a retired professional musician and guitarist with 50+ years of experience in the music industry. He taught guitar for 8 years, was a vocal coach for 6 years, and played guitar in several rock bands. For 16 years he took pride in operating a mom & pop shop in his hometown and one of his favorite lines was " I HAVE NEVER WORKED A DAY IN MY LIFE BECAUSE I AM DOING WHAT I LOVE". The photo page offers some great photos of Chuck's history as a musician.

Patrick Thomas Jr. is a professional Luthier who has been with Musicians 1 Stop for 15 years. He attended Luthiers International in Georgia and has over 20 years of experience. Those who have had the opportunity to see his work would agree he is one of the best around.

PIANIST
Richard "Dick" Tobin is our Piano instructor. Dick came to join Musicians 1 Stop in 2010. Has been playing for 50+ years. Started young with the nuns at St. Mary's. Moved to Norfolk, VA in the '80s, played with a blues band, and opened for several national acts. Later he returned home to Marion and started playing in country bands. We are so happy to have him as part of the MUSICIANS 1 STOP FAMILY! He enjoys teaching and when not teaching he is out and about playing for many Nursing Homes. He is a GREAT GUY AND CAN MAKE A PIANO SING!!!
GUITARIST
Steven Mull is our guitar instructor. Steve started playing guitar at the age of 12. He has several years of teaching some of which were right here in this building when it was Harden Music and then worked at Erickson's Music also here in Marion. While serving in the U.S. Army he traveled entertaining troops in the areas of danger where the big shows could not perform. Steve joined the band Dry Run in the early '80s and currently still plays with them. Also performs solo shows and a few engagements with his daughter as a duo "After Silver".
